The young boy who was murdered like a chicken in Kisumu because he belonged to the wrong tribe.... I saw some mothers laughing because their children are "safe" ...Happy for you mothers of immortal children!!!

The former Kisumu County Commander said the police who killed this innocent school boy had dreadlocks!!! Very sad.
