Many have stayed home and let their dreams fade,many have given up for lack of necessary support,many have blamed the media and social influencers for lack of support and many have blamed the people close to them for not creating a conducive environment that will make their talents & skills elevate from a point of a lower notch to that of a higher one.  Some of these blames are vivid and people are entitled to put across any blames if and only if they find it right for them to do so.The blame cry however, especially when it comes to providing a platform is something that should be of the past.Lots of youth out there have sat on their potential because they want a physical platform that will come to where they are and lift them up to making their dreams come true.
  Truth be told,in making ones dream come true,the individual victim must play the bigger role.This is something that most youth in the current world have failed to do and they will keep on failing in this part because of them having the notion that they have to be picked right from where they are, something I call laziness!!  We have plenty of talent and not everyone will be picked and earn him/herself the required support having in mind that we are faced with issues like tribalism,favouritism and corruption.Infact,most gov't and private sectors come to aid when they see a shining star or a star that is trying to make itself brighter.
This has to pass one message across,you will earn support when you start making yourself that star.  How do I make myself a star? That's the big Q.Its not easy to make your talent/skill known to the world but with the technological advancement,making your talent known to the world has been made much easier.We have the best platform which is the social media that according to me is being misused by lots of potential talents out there. 
Instead of spending millions of seconds uploading photos and videos with the aim of earning likes from the public  and creating fake profiles, why don't we spend millions of seconds displaying our talents/skills in the media? Never cry for lack of a necessary platform while you have YouTube,Facebook,Instagram,WhatsApp......etc at your disposal.Many have made it via the social media and some are making it through the same platform.Don't just sit down and keep on complaining, use that platform to make yourself a star and trust me,you will make your dream a reality.
