Five in court for defiling 15-year-old boy, forcing him to sleep with a dog

A group of men have been and charged with defiling a minor before forcing him to have sex with a dog.
Paul Charo Mutua, Solomon Thuku, Paul Mwangi, Chege Miana and Joseph Mwambo are said to have committed the offence on diverse dates between June 5 and 7 within Buru-Buru area.

Alternatively, the five were charged with committing an indecent act to a minor by touching his private parts against his wish.
The five men are alleged to have waylaid the minor on his way to school, grabbed him and ransacked his school bag. They would then lead him into an unfinished building where they defiled him repeatedly in turns.
Police said the suspects released the boy but warned him that they would kill his family if he told anyone about the ordeal.
In fear, the class eight pupil skipped school and went home until the following day. He would later meet the five suspects on his way to school the following evening
— but who went on to drug and sodomise him yet again. Police said the suspects this time forced the minor to have sex with their dog after they were finished.
The five were arrested after the school reached the boys’ parents in a bid to find out his whereabouts after he missed school twice. One suspect was allegedly found in possession of a narcotic drug. All the suspects denied the charges.
The case will be mentioned on July 3.
