Wetangula’s Wife Celebrates His Downfall in Style

Moses Wetangula’s handkerchief was yesterday soaked in sweat, heavy sweat that it had to be disposed off unceremoniously-this was after ODM successfully ousted him as the Senate Minority Leader.One person who ululated at the top of her voice is Anne Waceke Ngugi,Wetangula’s estranged wife.A close friend revealed that Anne celebrated like it was her last day in Kenya,that was in Westlands.

Immediately Wetangula was ousted, Anne drove to Westlands where she called her friends and they ate until dusk got them in a pub.They drank the best whisky and ate what they have been missing.

Anne is not alone: Moses Kuria,who has all of a sudden turned to be Raila’s fun,said this:

“In the run up to the August 8th General Elections I survived a hailstorm of stones when I went campaigning in Chwele, Bungoma County. When I later complained to Moses Wetangula about this treatment by his goons he laughed it off and told me “Nilituma vijana wangu wakuonyeshe njia ya kurudi kwenu nyumbani”. Today I volunteer to peacefully show Weta the way out of the Office of the Senate Minority Leader. Baba is doing this like a Bawse! He has been misused for so long. Loyalty is paid back in instalments but betrayal is punished instantly. Go Baba Go. They have borrowed your wings to fly so high and then laugh at you from the skies, mocking your inability to fly”

Nominated Senator,Isaac Mwaura didn’t beat around the bush.He immediately took to Facebook and delivered this:

“Moses Wetangula, the only senator on Ford Kenya ticket. The vulgar and insolent indeed unscrupulous demagogue, known to demean people has been shown the door. The senator of somewhere between a police station and some bedroom somewhere. Finally, you should learn to respect people. Wish you well as you become the true minority leader for nowhere”

It seems Wetangula has been a thorn in the flesh of many Kenyans, particularly Jubilee leaders. In social media none of the known Jubilee supporters sympathized with the former Minority Leader in the Senate—they were all excited.

By losing his seat,Wetangula lost Ksh1,6 million monthly allowances ,two chase cars and several other privileges.
